A service offering young people different types of therapeutic support to help with things such as anxiety, low mood and low self esteem.
If you are feeling low, anxious or stressed and it’s making getting on with school, work or everyday life hard, you can contact us for free local help.
The free NHS Talking Therapies service for young people (18+) experiencing emotional stress and symptoms of anxiety or low mood. From courses & online programmes to a wide range of evidenced based 1 to 1 therapies, we can be your guide to better mental health.
We are currently running a group for parents whose child or young person is accessing therapy through our Dialogue services.
The West Sussex Single Point of Access (SPoA) is a dedicated service which provides a simplified single route to access specialist emotional wellbeing and mental health support.
We provide specialist NHS services and support to children and young people up to 18 years old who are experiencing difficulties with their emotional, psychological and mental health.
If you're struggling with your mental health, text the word SUSSEX to 85258 to access free, confidential, 24/7 support from a trained Shout Volunteer.
If an urgent response is necessary (immediate risk of taking their own life or is showing severe psychotic symptoms) then please telephone the Specialist CAMHS service directly.
